About the company

A company built for one purpose: clean power at scale.

Balkan Solar Group is a North Macedonian energy company established to develop, build and operate one of the largest renewable energy projects in Southeast Europe. Headquartered in Kochani, the company's sole registered activity is electricity production (NACE 35.11).

The company was purpose-formed for the Sokolarci photovoltaic power plant and battery energy storage system. The land is privately owned and designated for surface solar and photovoltaic plants under national legislation.

Balkan Solar Group operates with a commitment to verified data, engineering rigour and international standards — positioning the project as a bankable, world-class renewable development.

A prime site in eastern North Macedonia.
